There are also many other official documents that can help prove Polish ancestry, such as emigration records or military documents. Once sufficient documentation has been gathered, you will fill out an application in Polish for confirmation of possession or loss of Polish citizenship.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This application will be submitted to the office of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.pl\/web\/mswia-en\">Ministry of the Interior and Administration in Poland<\/a>.
